NONE of my works, commissioned or not, are to be put into AI or used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form.iii. reselling
my designs can be resold for the same amount they were purchased for or less, unless additional art (personal or commissioned) was added, increasing their valueiv. redesigning
once a design is yours you are 100% free to change it as you like; i prefer you keep them recognizable to their original design but obviously that's completely your choice.
on this note, none of my designs have a set gender, regardless of how masc/fem they are, once they're yours it's YOUR decision what you want them to be. this also applies to things like body type, skin color, etc!v. my artwork on their profile
the artworks i make that come with their profile must stay on their profile, regardless if they are redesigned, resold, etc. hiding them is okay, just do not delete it!vi. other sites
you are absolutely free to have any of my designs that you've bought (or otherwise received) from me on other sites! just credit me as their designer :^)vii. NSFW works
unless it is stated otherwise in their character-specific terms, making NSFW works of any designs you receive from me is okay, on the condition i do not see it, hear of it, or know about it at all. i am a minor and i do not want to see that content. just because i made their design does not mean i should have access to those kinds of content of themviii. refunds
when it comes to adopts i DO NOT do refunds, at all. this is because with adopts i am selling already finished products while with commissions i am making a new piece of art.
this does not apply to customs, though, as they would also be considered new creations - though the same policy for my commission refunds applyix. miscellaneous

as the artist i do have the right to refuse business, block, blacklist, etc. for any reason regardless of what's stated here in my TOS
when it comes to payment, look in my main commissions card; all terms there (regarding payment) apply here as well
i really couldn't care less if someone takes inspiration from my stuff as long as they're not copying. no credit is needed, i think the idea of not allowing someone to take inspiration is major BS anyways

when making a custom design, i will need some sort of baseline or reference as to what you want; this can be a name of an aesthetic/style, a moodboard, existing characters, descriptions etc.
i prefer visual references of any kind, the more visuals the better i can do for you!the process will be similar to that of my commissions process; i will send updates after every major step (+ more if you request), such as sketch, lineart, coloring, etc.when i make a custom by default the design will always be drawn as a chibi, and a chibi only though for an extra fee you can request additional art! (said fee will be based off of how i price my regular commissions)
they will be drawn by default in an A-pose or similar, front & back viewprices range from $8-$15 depending on design complexity
